“I just want to say how pleased I am with Manor on the Hill. It’s been five months since my sister moved in and everyone has been so kind and pleasant whenever I have a concern or question. I know these are tough times with COVID kicking in again but, everyone is doing their best to keep the residents’ spirits up. My sister called last night to tell me that a staff member spent some time with her and played a game. That made her SO happy. Again, thank you and the staff for doing the extra! Also, a big thank you for the new cable service. Her world is complete now that she can watch the RED SOX!
God bless you and the staff!”
My client is at Manor on the Hill. I’m very positively impressed as well as the resident who I helped move in. I have no complaints. It’s clean, well organized, homey, and welcoming. The staff is exceptionally friendly and appropriate.
I’ve been in long-term care and I was a resident director in an assisted living, so I’ve got a lot of background in that whole industry of geriatric care and for me to say those things is significant. They’re doing their best to continue with activities with appropriate social distancing and still meet a pretty wholesome menu of needs of the residents under those circumstances.

“Just want to say “Manor on the Hill” has not only taken good care of my mom who attends the “Manor” five days a week but has also helped me to know that while I am working she is being taken care of. “Manor on the Hill” is a special place for her she enjoys being there with friends, and with all the kind, loving and caring staff that keep her safe and sound. I am so thankful to all at Manor on the Hill.”
“The People are great, I enjoy doing my job – it’s satisfying knowing that I am helping our resident’s live better lives. We’re just a big family here.”
“I just wanted to drop a line to let you know what a tremendous job your employee Patrick is doing with your elderly clients. I had the good fortune to have lunch at the Wachusett Brew Yard recently when he was there with a group of elders. He was attentive to their needs, taking time to settle each in a location and seating to their liking in a kind nurturing way.
What truly impressed me was the rapport he seemed to have with each of the clients, moving throughout the group easily and engaging each person in conversation. Not only did he speak to each, but he took the time to actually listen to them. It was easy to see the level of professionalism and care he brings to the job.
Please let him know that his efforts do not go unnoticed.”

“Thank you for your many kindnesses and support in caring for my mother, Rachel for almost 2 ½ years, She loved you all. Her longevity was an indication of your care.
Especially I thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness to both of us, as my mother went through the dying process. As difficult as it was, I am grateful that she could meet the end in her home, surrounded by people who knew her and cared for her. I miss her and all of you, as well as the other residents in the Memory Care Lane.
Thank you for the donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in her name.
My best wishes to you all. Many blessings for what you do!”
